We want to get your custom order just right! If we have any questions regarding your design or if a design proof requires your approval, we will reach out using the contact information provided at checkout.

To avoid production delays, we kindly ask that you keep an eye on your inbox. Our policy for response times is as follows:

  • 24-Hour Response Window: If we do not receive a response to our inquiry within 24 hours, we will proceed with the design exactly as shown in the product listing or according to the initial notes provided in your order.

  • Shipping Impact: Prompt responses ensure your order is completed and shipped without delay.

Materials and Aesthetics

Please note that we work with natural materials such as wood and leather, as well as acrylics and metals. Due to the nature of these materials and our handmade process, slight variations in grain, color, and finish are expected and contribute to the unique charm of your custom piece.
